This 2-Day course focuses on having the knowledge and skills to create an effective learning environment is essential to becoming a successful instructor. This hands-on professional development course is designed for new instructors seeking to enhance their instructional abilities and presentation techniques. Participants will be introduced to modern, research-based methods for training adult learners, while also developing practical strategies to foster a productive, engaging, and thriving learning environment in both the classroom and on the range.

Department issued handgun and rifle.
3 magazines for each weapon system.
